Parent + Child ADHD Class on Zoom

The number one complaint I hear from parents of 5 – 11-year-old children with ADHD is about behavior. Whether it’s over bedtime, meals, screens, homework, or just listening and following rules and expectations, you are in a constant battle. My parent coaching program has helped many parents reframe their approach and gain success in this area.

Now, I’m taking it a step further and offering a Parent + Child class that will improve routines and communication and help restore peace to your household. By involving your child directly in collaborating, you are showing them that they are an important partner in your relationship.

The aim of this class is to get your family into a practice of developing and sticking with routines, being able to have fun together and communicate openly, and use goal-setting and mindful practices to grow together. We will have a class activity each week that will be fun for everyone! We will focus on family connection and goal setting – with improved behavior and executive functioning skills as the projected outcomes!
